Rates and booking conditions

Accommodation rate
Shown in the availability calendar and rate calculator. The final amount based on dates, nights, guests and any discount is confirmed before payment.
Included charges
Cleaning and facility fees are included.
Other charges
Legally required charges, including accommodation tax, may apply. Any applicable charge will be disclosed before payment. Guests are responsible for their own communication costs.
Minimum stay and capacity
Minimum 2 nights and maximum 8 guests. The base rate covers up to 4 guests; each additional guest is ¥3,000 per person per night.
Availability
Only consecutive available dates may be booked. Dates that are already reserved or closed cannot be selected.

Payment and service delivery

After availability and booking details are confirmed, payment is made through the individual Square checkout sent to the guest.

The booking is confirmed when payment through Square is completed.

Date changes
One change is accepted free of charge, subject to availability. The revised stay must be within 30 days of the original booking date.
