Rates and booking conditions
- Accommodation rate
- Shown in the availability calendar and rate calculator. The final amount based on dates, nights, guests and any discount is confirmed before payment.
- Included charges
- Cleaning and facility fees are included.
- Other charges
- Legally required charges, including accommodation tax, may apply. Any applicable charge will be disclosed before payment. Guests are responsible for their own communication costs.
- Minimum stay and capacity
- Minimum 2 nights and maximum 8 guests. The base rate covers up to 4 guests; each additional guest is ¥3,000 per person per night.
- Availability
- Only consecutive available dates may be booked. Dates that are already reserved or closed cannot be selected.
Payment and service delivery

Cancellation and date changes
