BLUE SKY handles guest information only as needed and with care.
Information we collect
Booking enquiries are handled through LINE or WhatsApp. This website does not ask you to enter or store your name, address, phone number, email address, booking details, or payment information.
To display availability, we receive booked dates from an external booking service. Guest names and contact details are not displayed.
Website analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity in restricted cookieless mode to collect click positions, scroll depth, visited pages, and device type. Advertising storage is disabled.
Clarity is configured to mask all text. It is not loaded on the booking calendar, legal notice, or privacy policy pages. Form entries, booking details, and payment information are not recorded.
Because no analytics cookies are stored, we do not track a continuous journey across multiple pages.
Purpose
We use this information only to find display or usability problems and improve the website.
External service and retention
Microsoft Clarity data is processed by Microsoft and retained according to its service rules. Please see the Microsoft Privacy Statement for details.
Opt out
Analytics is not loaded when Global Privacy Control is enabled in your browser.
